Production Support

Production Support is a job-oriented IT program focused on maintaining, monitoring, and supporting live production applications and systems in real-time business environments. The course prepares students to ensure application availability, performance, and stability while minimizing downtime.

Students learn incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, ticketing tools, SQL queries, Linux/Unix commands, log analysis, batch job monitoring, service-level agreements (SLAs), and communication with development and business teams. The program also introduces ITIL processes, change management, and basic DevOps concepts.

Graduates of Production Support can pursue roles such as Application Support Engineer, Production Support Analyst, L1/L2 Support Engineer, and IT Operations Executive in IT services, banking, healthcare, and enterprise organizations. The course emphasizes real-time scenarios, troubleshooting skills, and industry best practices.
